Happy 1st Birthday Olivia :) We wanted to remember this day with happy memories, 1 year since Mummy had given birth to such a beautiful angel. However, we couldnt stay in such positive spirits all day, I couldnt stop crying princess, I miss you so much, your birthday was so hard to get through. We bought you some beautiful gifts.. some people may think thats silly but it helped Mummy & Daddy.... We have a corner of our room devoted to you, we have lots of pictures here, your handprints, footprints, Minnie Mouse toys, your candles & lots of memory bits and pieces. We had a lady make a canvas with a baby Minnie Mouse on holding a balloon with number 1 on and your name at the bottom. We had one of Mummy's friends, Tina, make you a birthday cake in the shape of your lullaby. It was soo beautiful and lots of thought went into it. It was very special. These were your 2 main presents, we got you lots of things to decorate your grave with, we had balloons, flowers, memorial cards and beautiful gifts from your family. It was a hard day but we done everything we could to celebrate the time we spent with you. Mummy got a chinese lantern to let off for you that night, everyone wrote a message on it. Mummy decided to get a seperate lantern and add other angel's names on and release that too, we filled up 2 sides of a chinese lantern... We were all overwhelmed by how many angels are resting in heaven. We let off some fireworks for you too, I hope you saw all the pretty colours in the sky. Mummy had lots of people telling her they heard them from far away! We hope you had fun on your cloud in heaven princess. Xxxx
